Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Benol Care platform and website. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Benol Care provides care-management software for residential and home-care agencies, including resident records, medication administration, scheduling, workforce tools, and related notifications. Accounts are created by an agency for its staff; you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable healthcare, privacy, and employment laws. You will not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or interfere with its operation.

SMS text messages

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we send operational, staff-only text messages (shift alerts, in-app messages, onboarding invitations, account confirmations, and password-reset links). Message frequency is event-driven and varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Data & confidentiality

Care records and personal data entered into the platform belong to the agency. We process them to provide the service and protect them as described in the Privacy Policy. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest and access is restricted by role.

Availability & changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the service and these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The platform supports, but does not replace, professional clinical judgment.
